Why this role matters

As a Sales Business Process Owner at JCDecaux, you will:

  • play a key role in harmonizing Sales processes across multiple countries,
  • have a direct impact on the performance of local Sales teams,
  • sit at the heart of JCDecaux’s IT & business transformation (Yield, full IT transformation of a country, Posting process optimization, etc.). You will join the Sales Business Process & Solutions team within the IT Sales & Posting Department, working closely with both business stakeholders and product/IT teams. 

Your main responsibilities

As Sales Business Process Owner, you act as the corporate reference for Sales processes and a trusted partner for Business Units and IT. 

1. Define and harmonize Sales processes

  • Lead the definition of Sales business processes and business rules across Business Units.
  • Contribute to the design of a common operating model, while respecting local specificities.
  • Animate a community of country process leads to share best practices and drive alignment.

2. Support countries & build trust

  • Build and maintain a trust-based relationship with local (country/region) teams. 
  • Deeply understand their processes, challenges and priorities.
  • Support them in the adoption of target processes and corporate tools. 

 3.Facilitate workshops & drive alignment

  • Organize and facilitate workshops / deep dives with Business and IT (requirements gathering, process clarification, arbitration).
  • Work with business teams to document as-is processes, then co-design to-be processes consistent with product scope and capabilities.
  • Align with Product teams on the best solutions to implement.
  • Lead restitution sessions to present process analyses or designs to key stakeholders. 

4. Contribute to projects & programs

 During studies, projects and programs, you will:

  • Lead study and assessment phases on the Sales perimeter.
  • Identify, qualify and prioritize business requirements with Business Units. 
  • Support Key Users in understanding corporate systems, in collaboration with Product Owners.
  • Support Business Units in requirements collection, business rules alignment, UAT and other project phases when relevant. 


Key projects for 2026 You will be involved in major initiatives such as:

  • Yield management implementation for Spain
  • Full IT transformation for Italy
  • Posting process mapping and optimization for France Environment & reporting line

Reporting to the Head of Sales Business Process & Solutions, within the IT Sales & Posting Department.

Close collaboration with:

  • IT and Product teams (Sales & Posting),
  • external partners,
  • Business Units (Sales, Revenue, Operations, etc.).
  • International environment, with frequent travel to JCDecaux BUs (mobility required).

Profil

Skills & experience 

  • Ability to challenge needs, argue and negotiate with diverse stakeholders to identify the best solutions.
  • Strong solution & result-oriented mindset, acting as a problem solver. 
  • Excellent communication skills (oral, written, facilitation, synthesis).
  • Autonomy, strong organizational skills, adaptability and rigor.
  • Technical background or strong affinity with IT / digital solutions is a plus. 
  • Project management skills are a plus (planning, coordination, follow-up).
  • Fluent English is mandatory (daily interactions in an international context).
  • Solid experience (10+ years) in roles such as Business Process Owner, Senior Business Analyst, Consultant or similar, ideally in an international environment.
